Frequently asked Questions
Due to the nature of customisation for each item, we aim to get your products with you in 14 days or less. Most times, we aim for 10 days.
We will 100% exchange or refund any items that haven’t been customised, (Ordering any garments with the fitness business logo on will count as a customised item), please note that once the item has been customised we are unable to exchange or refund, unless a fault of a product, where we will offer an exchange.
If you have noticed you have made a mistake with your shipping address, then simply use the comment comment box on the page to let us know & where you would like your items to be sent too.
All communications will come via email, from order confirmation to package sent & expected delivery dates.
We try & keep all your order to one package, there could be times where stock & factors out of our control may lead to items coming in more than one package.
